A woman I heard speak last week told this story.
She was travelling in Italy earlier this year. Her tour guide asked her if they were excited about Obama. The woman is involved w/ healthcare so she briefly said, “no not really” and gave her a little info. The tour guide said (smugly), “well, you can’t expect him to fix ALL of America’s problems right away, can you?” The woman dropped it and enjoyed her tour. Later on in the day found out that at that very moment, the tour guide’s own brother was flying to Dallas, Texas for cancer treatment! He could not obtain treatment for his disease under his government run health insurance in Italy!
Where will us Americans go for health care????
